Die-Cutting Line
Our Bobst flat bed die-cutting equipment die-cut sheets one by one. Therefore all the labels have the same identical dimensions and shapes.
Automatic Banding Line
As one of last processes before supplying our labels to the customers is the professional separation of the labels from the sheets. With a team of very well experienced workers the bundles are being collected, properly stacked, inspected and then wrap with the appropriate plastic band on our automatic banding lines, before the labels are being packed into the shipping cartons. This all is been monitored by the QA and according to ISO norms.
All these processes are very carefully documented and so we can trace every step of our production from incoming raw material, production process all the way of our products to the customer!
